Dr. Patricia Tran, DDS, MSD, PA
Dr. Tran grew up outside of Denver, Colorado, and earned both her Bachelor's and Dental degrees from the University of Colorado. She completed her orthodontic specialty training and Master’s degree at St. Louis University, one of the most respected programs in the country.
As a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Tran brings exceptional precision to her work. She’s deeply passionate about the life-changing power of orthodontics and gives back regularly through dental mission work across Europe, Asia, and Central America.

Dr. Matthew Ng, DMD, MSD
Originally from Canada, Dr. Ng earned his undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Manitoba. He completed his orthodontic training at St. Louis University, then became board-certified in both Canada and the United States — a distinction that reflects his deep dedication to clinical excellence.
Dr. Ng serves on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of Orthodontists and is one of three Texas Directors for the Southwest Society of Orthodontists. He also volunteers for dental missions in Central and South America, and is known among patients for his calm, knowledgeable, and friendly approach to care.

Treatment Coordinator & Marketing Rep
Alma is the heart of our front office — the first friendly face you’ll see when you arrive. She’s been with Discover Orthodontics for over 10 years, and there’s almost nothing she can’t do. From taking X-rays to scanning teeth to handling marketing, Alma steps in wherever she’s needed. Her warmth puts patients at ease, and her dedication keeps the practice running smoothly. If you haven’t met Alma yet, you’re in for a smile and maybe even a good laugh.

Sandra is the organizational force behind our financial operations — managing payment plans, coordinating insurance, and helping patients navigate the billing process with clarity and compassion. She’s also the voice reminding you about your appointments and the person making sure your schedule (and ours) runs like clockwork. Sandra keeps everything flowing behind the scenes so your experience is stress-free from start to finish.
